1 Mins read

It’s the first truth weekend for DAZN. On the occasion of the return of the TIM Series, the streaming platform of Perform announced a strengthening of the network to cope with the peaks of traffic that will inevitably occur on the occasion of Naples-Juve and Milan-Lazio.

As noted by Republic, during the national break DAZN completed the strengthening of the network of DAZN Edge, the servers of support installed in correspondence of the main repeaters of signal of the telco. Overall in the national territory there are 12 for TIM and 8 for Vodafone, Fastweb and Wind, and others (however few) for the remaining part of the operators.

DAZN, reports the newspaper, would also follow the directions arrived by Agcom: the reduction of bitrate and transmission quality, unlike what was done during the first day of the championship at the request of the telco. The goal is to ensure a vision experience without major problems and quality decreases for the millions of fans who will connect this afternoon to follow the big match of the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona in Naples.

The widespread feeling is that the third day of Serie A really represents the first test of maturity for DAZN. The answers will be here after 6pm today.
