The debut of the Serie A on DAZN was problematic and during the first day there were many reports of users who complained of connection disruptions. The situation improved already on the second weekend, but what if they had to recover? We explain how to talk to a DAZN operator.
Let’s start by saying that DAZN doesn’t have a phone or a toll phone number to address for such problems. Following on from what was done with TV rights, DAZN has decided to innovate the customer care sector by offering a 100% chat-based experience.
What you have to do is connect to the help page of DAZN’s website and then write the message “Speak to someone.” At this point you will be redirected to an operator who will respond and solve your problems.
In case of problems (which we hope will not happen again), the virtual assistant ZED comes into play and will warn you that “unfortunately there are no operators available at the moment.” In this case, however, you can opt for sending an email that will be sent immediately to an operator who will contact you in a tight clock. DAZN points out, however, that the email [email protected] is available to whom you can contact at any time for assistance.
