How To Request Duplicate Health Card By Telephone?

1 Mins read

Yesterday we explained how much it costs to redo all the lost documents, including the Health Card. Well, with the start of the new year, there are many users who have found that they have the badge expired, but how to request it?

As we have explained in our analysis dedicated to the duplicate of the Health Card, in most cases the Revenue Agency will send directly to the home, at the time of expiry, the new Health Card updated.

Alternatively, you can request a duplicate of the Health Card directly from home, following the ad hoc instructions on the website of the Health Card System, which you can access with your SPID credentials.

It is available, for those who need it, also a toll free number of assistance, reachable at 800 030 070, active from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm. As explained directly on the official website of the Health Card, it is a first level that includes a reception service to explain its problems. The operator will transfer users to a second level that is able to solve the most complex problems. It is unclear whether the health card’s application service is still in place by telephone, but if you do not have SPID and you have no way of accessing the dedicated service, you can try calling.
