Instagram Like Tiktok: Soon The Stories Will Be Seen With A Vertical Feed

1 Mins read

As we saw in December 2021, Instagram is getting closer and closer to TikTok. The release of functionality increasingly similar to the rival platform by Meta continues: the last case is the visualization of the Stories with vertical scroll. When will you get to the U.S. social network?

This new feature was found by Dijital Ağlar, who, on Twitter, published a short clip representing the start of the test by Instagram. In it you see exactly what you expect: the various, usual Instagram Stories that flow vertically rather than horizontally. The film was then filmed by Matt Navarra, who later confirmed that the developers were still working on this feature since February 2021.

At present, this trial phase would have begun not only in Turkey but also in Brazil and other countries. In other words, it would appear that vertical sliding is destined to reach more and more users in various parts of the world. As in other similar situations, release times are not known. However, given the desire to compete with TikTok, Instagram is likely to opt for a global rapid release over the coming weeks.

Another interesting feature in the coming is the ability to reorder photos on your profile as you want.
