It’s been several months since Andy Jassy became Amazon CEO, succeeding Jeff Bezos, and the former CEO of the e-commerce giant is enjoying his new life. According to the New York Post, the tycoon would have bought a holding of 78 million dollars in Hawaii.
It is the “Tenuta di Carter,” a real paradise of Maui on the ocean. The estate includes a 420 square meter house, a 160 square meter outbuilding, a 65 metre long pool and seven plots of land.
According to the stars and stripes tabloids, Jeff Bezos’ choice would have fallen on this estate for two reasons: the first is obviously linked to beauty, but the second would be to be found in the total privacy that would be able to guarantee him and the
Bezos, however, does not look only at himself and in fact the Post notes that Bezos would also be looking for an attic for his parents in the opposite part of Maui, in Montage Kapaluna Bay.
The inhabitants of Maui, however, would not have appreciated as Bezos as did other billionaires who bought houses on the island, raised the prices of houses. In his favor, however, there are numerous donations Amazon’s father made to Maui. It is also interesting to note that Leonardo DiCaprio also owns a house in Maui: the actor Award Oscar a few weeks ago was the subject of a very nice tweet by Jeff Bezos.
