After we were amazed, on stage in Las Vegas, with the launch of the RTX 3090 Ti, NVIDIA hit the mark by announcing also the technology of the fourth generation Max-Q and the new GPU RTX 3080 Ti and RTX
In particular, RTX 3080 Ti has been at the center of rumors for months, stirring interest and impatience in enthusiast fans, where it will find its place as yet a test of strength of the green team for gaming on the move.
With 16Gb of dedicated memory, the 3080 delivers superior performance than RTX TITAN desktops, with prices starting at $2499. As for RTX 3070 Ti, this card represents an improvement on the RTX 2070 Super laptop by 70% with performance described as “up to 100 FPS at 1440p resolution.” The notebooks that will use this configuration will start from $1499 and both solutions will be available on the market from February 1, 2022. Further details on technical specifications are not yet available.
As for the fourth generation of Max-Q technologies, these introduce new features such as CPU Optimizer, Rapid Core Scaling and Battery Boost 2.0, to improve even more the efficiency and balance of power between CPU and GPU
