Xiaomi has been unbalanced about the longevity of Mi 11T and Mi 11T Pro through a press release, talking about the number of updates that you can expect in the future for the two models that will be announced this month.

The news is certainly positive for those who are thinking of buying a new phone from the Beijing house, but it is not reassuring for those who already own one: the manufacturer says in fact that at the moment no other Xiaomi device will already be treated the same way. According to Albert Shan, Director of the product and technology department, it would be “very difficult to guarantee system updates and security patches for all our devices.”
